Please note that NHS England have stipulated that medicines needed for minor or short term conditions that are available over the counter at your pharmacy or supermarket are no longer available on prescription. Similarly, the Royal College of GPs have asked individuals to consider “3 before GP” approach, and BANES CCG have advised GPs that the following medicines are not to be prescribed;
