Repeat prescriptions may be obtained:
- From reception ready in 72 hours, if requested Friday ready following Tuesday after after 2pm.
- Order your medication online
- May be posted with a stamped address envelope
Please allow enough time for postal delays.
Please enclose your computer request form indicating which items you require.
We regret we are unable to deal with any telephone requests for repeat medication, in the interest of confidentiality and safety.
Arrangements can be made for your medication to be collected directly from our local chemists if you wish. Please tick the box available on the prescription request.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. You may receive an SMS text message asking you to book an appointment. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
